What is management time?
- time management means managing time wisely in dividing time to study, work, play, relax, and others.
How to manage time properly?
1. Division of time
Each person is given 24 hours in a day, you need to wisely divide that time such as 5 hours to study, 3 hours to relax, 3 hours to spend time with family and the like.
2. Prepare a daily schedule
You need to write your schedule so that time management is tidier and educates you to be more disciplined.Why students typically fail to self -discipline to adhere to schedules
1. They are surrounded by undisciplined people
They will be easily influenced by people around them who waste a lot of time.
2.They have no motivation in life
they need to provide a reward to themselves when successfully adhering to the timetable.
3.The tasks listed are unclear
Unclear tasks cause them to procrastinate. therefore, they need to write the assignment clearly by asking the instructor what is not clear.
4.They are tired and unhealthy
They need good health to manage life well

The reason why the student lacks motivation.
1. They fail and do not want to rise.
2. They do not know what to do because the task is not unclear.
3. They difficult to adapt to the methods of university learning.
4. Debilitating environmental factors like hanging out with those who are lazy to study.
How To Become Motivated
- Associating with people is always eager to learn so that we are also influenced by it.
- Don't assume all tasks are easy.
- Get a positive talk with a counselor, parent, or friend.
- List your task on the paper to be a reminder for you.
Tips For Time Management.
1. Sleep early to get enough sleep.
2. Put a target list to do today to make us achieve a target.
3. Wake up early to make our body more energy.
4. Do a jog to avoid our body tired.
5. Take a healthy breakfast to get enough energy to start a day.
6. Don't skip a task.
